Lancet™ nanospheres shot peening
The material just released from the work center is absolutely accurate in terms of tolerance but may show signs of tool passage; If you want to remove them and make the surface smoothly and pleasantly opaque (looks like sandblasting), choose the shot peening finishing. Our shot peening is carried out with Lancet™ nanospheres
(an absolute exclusive of Weerg) and is extremely respectful of tolerances.

Anodizing
This finish consists in applying a protective layer of about 20 microns on the surface of aluminum parts made with the CNC technology.
The purpose of this treatment is to:
● improve the corrosion resistance of the material;
● increase the surface hardness;
● increase resistance to wear and abrasion;
● provide moderate thermal insulation;
● improve other features such as gluing;
● pure aesthetic factor
