What guaranteed dimensional tolerances?

What dimensional tolerances do you guarantee? For laser cutting machining, we guarantee dimensional tolerances in line with the requirements of ISO 2768 - part 1, precision level "c" (coarse). This standard is commonly used in general mechanics and is a reliable reference for ensuring compatibility between parts, without introducing excessive rigidity in cost or production.

In detail, the guaranteed tolerances for linear dimensions are as follows:

Dimensional range ISO 2768 tolerance c
0.5 to 3 mm (0.0197 in to 0.1181 in) ± 0.2 mm (± 0.0079 in)
3 to 6 mm (0.1181 in - 0.2362 in) ± 0.3 mm (± 0.0118 in)
6 to 30 mm (0.2362 in - 1.1811 in) ± 0.5 mm (± 0.0197 in)

These tolerances apply to linear measurements of cut parts and are considered adequate for most industrial, carpentry, and general mechanical applications.

Narrower tolerances can be evaluated on request, depending on part geometry, material, thickness, and function. In such cases, we always suggest prior discussion with our engineering department, which can advise on feasibility and, if necessary, integrate secondary machining services or dedicated dimensional inspection.
