Do the supplied sheets have both surfaces with aesthetic finish?

No, the sheets we use for laser cutting have only the top side with a guaranteed aesthetic finish. This means that, during processing, the visual and surface quality of only one face, the one exposed upward in the cutting process, is assured.

The reason for this is technical and related to the operation of laser cutting: during processing, the laser beam etches the sheet metal from top to bottom, leaving the bottom side more prone to minor imperfections due to thermal reflection, cutting slag escaping, or marking of the backing grid.

The top face, on the other hand, is kept clean and uniform, making it suitable for aesthetic or exposed uses, such as in design applications, roofing, decorative panels, or exposed parts. In the case of aesthetic requirements on both sides, we can evaluate ancillary finishing work (such as brushing, polishing or peelable protection) or orient you to materials with protective film. Our technical team is available to advise on the most suitable solution.
