Finishes for 3D Printing and CNC processing
Transform your raw parts productions into finished products ready to be displayed in the showcase
The finishes allow you to vary the aesthetic and presentation aspect of the parts produced with our online manufacturing services. The wide choice of solutions allows you to customize and make unique the objects produced both through 3D printing and obtained from solid with CNC processing procedures.

In the case of end item runs that will be used daily, the black dye option for components produced in HP MJF creates a homogeneous, dark-coloured and uniform surface, suitable for this type of end application.
Industrial paints applied by spraying
The paint can be applied to components produced in HP MJF and is created by spraying a two-component industrial product with two or more coats. Each colour is identified by a RAL code to allow you to match the right colour to your project.

Bead blasting for an even surface
The components produced with the CNC processing service show, once the machine tools have been unloaded, processing marks left by the tools. Bead blasting is a process whereby an abrasive medium is fired under pressure against the object. This has an abrasive and smoothing action that makes the surface homogeneous and free from marks.
Anodizing is applicable to aluminium alloys and plays both the role of changing the colour of the object, but above all of protecting it, creating a protective barrier against chemical attacks and oxidation. It has a thickness of 10 microns in the interior and 20 microns for the exterior.
