Of course! You can enter a note when placing the order or send an email directly to our mailbox!
If you wish to receive the material certificate you can ask for it in one of the following ways, in any case before completing your purchase:
1- by entering a note in the offer request phase in the Quotation Tool, in which you can specify the certificate you need;
2- by sending an e-mail before completing your order to info@weerg.com.
➡️ The request must always be made before completing the purchase; in this way, once the order is processed we will be able to track your request throughout the production line.
Attention: if the request is made after the order has been completed online or production has started, the certificate may not be guaranteed. For information and support you can write to our Customer Service at any time to info@weerg.com!
⚠️ Specific requests for certificates will be taken care of by the technical production department and an additional fee may be charged, which we will notify you as soon as possible.
