How to correctly prepare your file for laser cutting?
Our laser cutting system is designed to process linear, clean files without unnecessary elements. To avoid automatic rejection and speed up production, please adhere to the following guidelines.
One component per file
Each file must contain only one complete component. Uploading multiple components within the same drawing will result in rejection, as it hinders proper nesting management and accurate cost calculation.
No cartouches or dimensions
External elements such as title blocks, frames, stamps, bill-of-material tables, or logos are not permitted. The file must exclusively contain the geometries to be cut or engraved.
Drawing cleanliness
-
Closed lines: All areas intended for cutting must form closed polylines.
-
No overlap: Remove any duplicate or overlapping segments to avoid double cutting passes.
-
Exploded blocks: Convert blocks or symbols into simple entities to prevent proxy objects or missing references.
