The intention of the legislator is to avoid that a product produced according to the customer's specific requests (i.e. clearly customized as in the case of the parts made in CNC machining or 3D printing) is then returned and the e-commerce can then no longer sell it to third parties.
The rules for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside business premises is excluded relatively in the case of supply of custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
