Which finishes do you offer on CNC machining?

Weerg offers you some of the most common post-machining finishes!

We invite you to have a look at our finishes page to find out what is right for you and what meets the requirements of your projects!

Currently, on CNC machined parts, we offer the following finishes:

  • Anodizing (transparent, gloss, matte)
  • Lancet shot peening

ANODIZING FINISH

Here are some tips if your choice falls on this chemical treatment.

Our gloss anodizing has a shiny appearance, but we would like to point out that any machining marks may be visible.

Transparent anodizing, on the other hand, has a matte look, as the part undergoes a shot-peening cycle prior to chemical treatment.

LANCET SHOT PEENING FINISH

Among the different finishes available, the Lancet shot peening finish is offered free of charge.

This finish is generally chosen to uniform the surface, remove tool marks and improve the fatigue performance of components.

However, with this treatment, sharp edges may be slightly blunted as a result of surface polishing.
