Which ISO tolerances are offered by Weerg?

Here is a general overview of the tolerances applied by Weerg according to European standards.

TOLERANCES APPLIED BY WEERG FOR LINEAR AND ANGULAR DIMENSIONS

The regulation applied by Weerg is 2768-1 fine (f) and medium (m) classes.

This regulation applies to various features, including:

  • external dimensions
  • internal dimensions
  • stair dimensions, diameters, radii, distances, outer radii
  • chamfer heights for edges.

When using these tolerances, it is necessary to mark the tolerance class after ISO 2768 (e.g. ISO 2768- m for medium class) on or near the nameplate.

Here are the reference tables:

Note that in the event of any discrepancies between the dimension stated in our PDF document and the general tolerance set, the dimension specifically stated in the PDF document will take priority. This ensures that the most precise and detailed measurements in the PDF document are considered binding for our production.

TOLERANCES APPLIED BY WEERG FOR SHAFTS AND HOLES

We confirm that for our production specs, the standard tolerance applied to holes and shafts is H7/h7.

This means that we are following the tolerance system defined by ISO 286-2 standards, with “H7" representing a hole and “h7" representing a shaft.

However, we recognize that each application may have unique requirements. As a result, we are willing to carefully evaluate and consider any other tolerance requirements that may arise.
