With what thickness do you empty the files in order to avoid deformation when printing?
1. For parts manufactured by Multi Jet Fusion technology, walls with a thickness of more than 15mm are automatically hollowed out.
This prevents the risk of deformation due to the cooling of a large printed volume.
2. For parts made with MSLA technology, walls with a width greater than 10mm are automatically emptied.
In addition, vent holes may be added in hidden or non-aesthetic locations to allow for proper mouldability of the part.
