How can I get the tracking link of the shipping?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing a shipping confirmation and its details.

In the email you will receive, you will also receive instructions on how to access your User Area and obtain a copy of the delivery note and the shipment tracking.

To download the transport document and track the parcel, you will need to access the Orders Page section, select the shipping details icon of the order concerned and then choose one of the following options to follow:

⚠️ Once entrusted to the courier, the parcel will be scanned on the evening of the same day, by approximately 8 p.m.; the tracking link of the goods will be activated as soon as this is done at the courier locations.
