Why is my file not loading?
The reasons may be as follows:

technical nature: the file may be in the wrong format or exported incorrectly or may be open. Please read the guide links at the bottom of the page and contact our Customer Care Service for further information.

dimensional nature of the designed model: if the object contained in the file exceeds or does not reach the maximum or minimum supported dimensions of the selected material respectively, you have the option to proceed with the quotation anyway, by clicking on the green button in the bottom right-hand corner Request Quote to request a customized offer.

CNC machining quote: in order to get an offer for CNC machining as quickly as possible, please upload your files and send us your request by clicking on the button below:
Afterwards, by clicking on the Send Request button, the offer request will be sent to our team, who will review it and give you feedback shortly.
