Return operations are carried out after evaluation and agreement with Customer Service.
If it is necessary to send the goods back or to collect them temporarily, we will give you all the necessary instructions to ensure that the operations go successfully.
In any case, we require that the goods be repackaged and packed in the best possible way so that they can be returned to our facility in the same manner as they were originally shipped.
In the event of a return due to non-conformity, we will organize everything and provide the data to be communicated to the reference courier who will collect the products.
