How to complain about the goods? (non-conformity)

Simply notify us by email within 60 days from reception.

It is possible that the goods received do not meet the expected quality or that internal quality control does not notice a possible defect on the part.

Please send us your report by email to providing order reference (WO00*****) and name of the item concerned; we also ask you to include a brief description and picture documentation of the goods as well as measurements with caliber where possible.

We will analyze all the information and get back to you within the next 24 hours to find an appropriate solution and give you all the necessary indications.
